I am sharing today another french staple recipe that is so simple yet very delicious and comforting. A true everyday classic that you can customize easily!

今日は改めて、簡単に作れるフランスの定番料理を共有いたします!フランスの家庭で毎日の料理で、シンプルで、美味しくて心を温めるじゃがいものグラタンです。

Things you will need for 4 portions / 4人分に必要なもの

  • 3 medium potatoes (or 2 big ones) / 中サイズじゃがいもを3個
  • around 250 mL of liquid cream (sour cream) / 生クリームやく250mL
  • seasoning / 味付け
    • chopped garlic / にんにく
    • salt / 塩
    • pepper / 胡椒
    • herbs, etc / ハーブなど
  • (optional) shredded cheese / (任意) かけるチース

You can customize this recipe by adding other ingredients like carrots, leaks, onions or changing the seasoning with anything you have in your pantry!
